By tuning into how you feel in your environment, you can pinpoint your Top 3 Spaces:
Sit down in a quiet space and close your eyes.
Imagine you are approaching your front door. Notice the thoughts and feelings that surface for you.
Enter your home and become aware of where your eyes wander once you step inside.
Begin to look around. Walk through your entire home. Tune into the thoughts, feelings and energy that arise.
When you are finished exploring, take a moment to express gratitude for your home and all you have.
Open your eyes. Take time to write down the thoughts and feelings that surfaced for you. Notice which rooms or spaces your attention is most drawn to.
It can be the top of a desk or dresser, a room or closet. Write down what you want for each space - clearing out? organization? design enhancements?
Make a difference now. What can help you feel more calm or happy about that space?
Set specific goals for next steps and provide yourself with a timeline for achieving them. Acknowledge your progress, celebrate your success and notice the positive changes in your mood and energy as a result.
