Gentle Yoga
My gentle yoga classes offer a slower flow, theme-based experience (grounding, centering, restoring) with a relaxing meditation to close each practice. You will enjoy feeling physically and mentally relaxed and grounded.

Power Yoga
Each power yoga class is a Baptiste-inspired energizing flow that combines cardio, strengthening, opening and stretching. Open to all levels, this class will allow you to feel energized, powerful and focused.

Private sessions are also available - the perfect choice for women needing a yoga class tailored to their personal needs (ex: pre/post-natal, high blood pressure, Osteoporosis, menopausal, recovering from injury).
